DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY Reservation must be cancelled within the allotted time to avoid charges. A reservation that was not honored will result in a no-show charge, and either the advance deposit will be forfeited or the credit card will be assessed a cancellation charge. Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e. hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize a cancellation fee waiver without penalty. Deposits will be charged immediately. Reservations without advance deposits are subject to automatic cancellation without notice.
