Cancellation required at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, or there will be a 2 night charge. Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a 2 night charge. Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty. The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 24, and Jan. 2 Deposit Guarantee Full amount due upon check out - not in advance. There are NO booking or cancellation fees. If you wish to make a reservation or simply require availability or other information, please fill out the Reservation Form , without obligation, or send us an E-Mail, in order that we may serve you better. Directions To Kona by the Sea
From Kona International Airport, turn right on Highway 19 (Queen Kaahumanu Highway) and follow the highway south eight miles, exiting right on Palani Drive into Kailua-Kona. At the bottom of the hill, follow Alii Drive along the waterfront a short distance and turn into the Kona by the Sea Resort, at 75-6106 Alii Drive. |
