CANCELLATION POLICY A reservation that was not honored will result in a no-show charge, and either the advance deposit will be forfeited or the credit card will be assessed a cancellation charge. Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e. hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize a cancellation fee waiver without penalty. DEPOSIT GUARANTEE Deposits may be made with the following major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), and Discover Card). Deposits will be charged immediately. Reservations without advance deposits are subject to automatic cancellation without notice.
