Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty. The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 24, and Jan. 2 DEPOSIT GUARANTEE Full amount due upon check out - not in advance. Turn left onto Honokowai, which connects to Lower Honoapiilani Road. From Lower Honoapiilani Road, take a left right after Kaanapali Shores. From Kapalua West Maui Airport: Turn left onto Honoapiilani Highway 30. Turn onto Honokowai which connects to Lower Honoapiilani Road.
