DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

2 night deposit (Low Season) 2 night deposit (High Season) will be guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, or there will be a 2 night charge.
Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a 2 night charge.

Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty.

The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 24, and Jan. 2

Full amount due upon check out - not in advance. There are NO booking or cancellation fees. Directions To Property
From Kahului airport: Turn left onto Kuihelani Highway 380 towards Lahaina. Turn left onto Honoapiilani Highway 30. Travel north for about 45 mins to an hour. You will pass Lahaina town and Kaanapali. After you pass the car rental companies, take a left at the next traffic signal. Paki Maui is about 1/3 miles down the road.
