Cancellation required at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, or there will be a 2 night charge. Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a 2 night charge. Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty. The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 24, and Jan. 2 Deposit Guarantee Full amount due upon check out - not in advance. There are NO booking or cancellation fees. Directions To Property From Honolulu International Airport: Exit Airport Terminal and access H-1 Freeway East, exit freeway via Nimitz Highway and follow WAIKIKI directional signs, Nimitz Highway transitions to Ala Moana Blvd, midpoint on your drive as you pass the port of Honolulu on your right and the Honolulu business district on your left, Ala Moana Blvd merges with Kalakaua Avenue at the Southwest entrance to Waikiki, proceed onto Kalakaua Avenue, the Resort Quest Hawaii Waikiki Beach Hotel is the first building on the left after the intersection of Kalakaua and Paoakalani. |
