2 night deposit (Low Season) 2 night deposit (High Season) will be guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge.
Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge.

Year round - $500.00 will be guaranteed by check only, at the time of booking.
Cancellation required at least 60 days prior to arrival, or there will be $500.00 charge.

Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closure due to strong weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the Corporate Office will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty.

The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 21, 2007 and Jan. 1, 2008
