There are NO booking or cancellation fees. If you wish to make a reservation or simply require availability or other information, please fill out the Reservation Form, without obligation, or send us an E-Mail, in order that we may serve you better. When we receive it, we will answer your inquiries as soon as possible.

Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Policy:

2 night deposit will be guaranteed to your credit card when the booking has been confirmed. You can cancel up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded in full.
(Except for the Waikiki Beach Tower and the 3 Bedroom Penthouse suite at the Pacific Monarch which require a 7 day notice of cancellation prior to arrival)
The balance must be prepaid 7 days prior to arrival.

For early departures or reducing the length of stay 4 days or less before scheduled arrival, there is a fee of 2 nights charge in addition to those nights used.

Reservations over the Christmas - New Years Period require a 2 night deposit guaranteed to your credit card at the time of booking. Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to arrival, or there will be a two night charge.

The year-end cancellation applies if any portion of a reservation falls within Dec. 24 and Jan. 2.
